Data Deletion Request

ListCreative gives you full control over your data, including any information we access from your connected Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or LinkedIn accounts. You can remove your data at any time using one of the options below.

Option 1 — Disconnect a single account

Sign in to ListCreative and go to Settings → Social accounts. Click Disconnect next to any connected account. This immediately:

• Revokes ListCreative's access to that account
• Deletes the stored access tokens for that account
• Removes any posts or media we synced from that account

Option 2 — Delete your entire ListCreative account

To permanently delete your ListCreative account and all associated data — connected-account tokens, synced posts, generated creatives, analytics, and profile information — email us from the address on your account:

Email: hello@moosedves.ltd with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

We will confirm your identity and permanently delete your data within 30 days, and send you confirmation once complete.

Option 3 — Remove ListCreative from Facebook / Instagram

You can also revoke ListCreative's access directly from Meta:

• Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → remove ListCreative.
• Instagram: Settings → Apps and Websites → remove ListCreative.

Removing the app on Meta revokes our tokens. To also delete the data already stored in ListCreative, use Option 1 or Option 2 above.
