ListCreative Inc. ("ListCreative," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website listcreative.ca and use our services.

2. Information We Collect

Personal Information: When you create an account or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, brand name, and phone number.

Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with our services, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on pages.

Product Data: Images, text, and other content you upload to generate listings and creatives. We process this data solely to provide our services to you.

3. How We Use Your Information

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on servers located in Canada. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest to protect your personal information. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. PIPEDA Compliance

We comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable Canadian provincial privacy legislation. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to operate our website and analytics cookies to understand how visitors interact with our site. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.

7. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services for analytics, payment processing, and email delivery. These services have their own privacy policies and we encourage you to review them.

8. Connected Social Media Accounts (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn)

When you choose to connect a Facebook Page, Instagram Business/Creator account, TikTok account, or LinkedIn account to ListCreative, you authorize us — through each platform's official OAuth authorization flow — to access only the data required to provide the features you use:

  • Publishing: access to your connected Facebook Pages, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn profiles, and permission to publish posts, stories, and media that you create in ListCreative.
  • Analytics: engagement, reach and performance metrics (insights) for your connected accounts and the content you publish, so we can display your analytics dashboards.
  • Profile basics: your account name, username and profile picture, used to identify your connected accounts inside the app.

We access this information solely to provide the features you request. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or share it with unrelated third parties. Our use and transfer of information received from the Meta (Facebook & Instagram) APIs adheres to the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies, and our use of TikTok and LinkedIn data adheres to their respective developer terms.

Access tokens are stored securely (encrypted at rest) and are used only to act on your behalf. You can disconnect any account at any time in Settings → Social accounts, which revokes our access and deletes the stored tokens and any content we synced from that account.

9. Data Deletion

You can delete your data at any time:

  • Disconnect a single account in Settings → Social accounts — this immediately revokes our access and removes that platform's tokens and synced content.
  • Delete your entire ListCreative account and all associated data by following the steps on our Data Deletion page or by emailing us.
  • For Facebook/Instagram specifically, you can also remove ListCreative under Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites (or Instagram → Apps and Websites).

10. Your Rights

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your personal information
  • Withdraw consent for marketing communications
